FLOCK'S HOME STAGING PROJECT FEATURED ON WTHR CHANNEL 13
RESULTS IN QUICK HOME SALE!
WTHR Channel 13 recently filmed the Flock Real Estate Group team as they applied their home staging skills to one of their new downtown listings. The subject home was in need of a serious make over both inside and out – as shown by the before and after photos to the right.

The Flocks demonstrated how home staging can enhance value and reduce marketing time in a slow market. Within days after staging the home, three competing offers resulted in a quick sale at full list price. Three members of the Flock Real Estate Group team have completed course work and are now certified home staging professionals. Flock agents approach every listing with an eye toward presenting a property in the best light possible.
