Jen comes to us from FORUM Credit Union where she was a branch manager for nearly 6 years. She received an MBA from Anderson University in 2005 after attending IU Bloomington where she played Mellophone in the Marching Hundred and IU Pep Band for 4 years, rode in the Little 500 and was an active member of IU Student Foundation. She graduated in 1999 with a BS in Public Affairs.
Jen currently lives with her architect husband, Chris, daughters Katie and Gretta, and 2 cats in historic Irvington in their renovated 1929 home.
Her favorite hobbies include traveling, working out, reading crime novels and watching CSI and Law and Order: SVU. She loves to cook and is a food network addict. She combats her addiction to food network by working out.

Stuart joined Flock Real Estate Group after working during the summer of 2011 as an intern and assistant to Kurt and Kate Flock. Excited about pursuing a career in real estate, Stuart joined our company as a full time Realtor® after graduating from Butler University where he received a BA in Business Marketing and Education. In addition to making Dean’s List and the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll, Stuart was a four-year letter winner as wide receiver on Butler's football team. Stuart was also an active member of Butler Earth Charter and Center for Urban Ecology where he helped create Butler’s first organic farm.
Stuart has been a licensed real estate salesperson since 2011 and is member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Indiana Association of REALTORS® and the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS® (MIBOR) and its Broker Listing Cooperative (BLC).
Stuart's hobbies include running, working out, reading, gardening, and telling jokes. Stuart has become an invaluable assistant focusing his early efforts on helping home buyers find that perfect place to call home! |

Chanda joined Flock Real Estate Group in 2012 after working as a real estate salersperson at another downtown real estate company. Chanda received a bachelor of arts with distinction in psychology and law and society from Purdue University in 2006. She minored in child development and family studies and forensic science. At Purdue, Chanda was a member of the Liberal Arts Honors Program and an active member of the Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority where she served in various leadership positions. She also participated in several academic clubs, leadership conferences, and philanthropic committees at Purdue.
Chanda and her husband, Jeff, have resided in downtown's historic Old Northside neighborhood since 2006. They live with their dog, Cooper, in a wonderful 1890's Victorian home which they are renovating. She serves on the Old Northside, Inc. Board and is Treasurer of MIBOR's Greater Downtown Division.
Chanda’s hobbies include biking, exploring downtown restaurants and events, traveling, home renovation, decorating, and organizing. She's a big Purdue and Colts fan and enjoys watching anything on HGTV. She loves sharing her passion for urban living and helping her clients find the perfect place to call home.
